Partnership Extends ChannelOnline Service Offering, Providing VARs with Flexible Integration Capabilities to Enterprise Customers.

San Francisco and Seattle, WA, August 5, 2003 - CNET Channel, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CNET Networks, Inc (Nasdaq: CNET) and Hubspan, a leading integration solutions provider, today announced a partnership that offers CNET Channel's community of value added resellers (VARs) real-time connectivity between their ChannelOnline™ sales cycle automation solution and customer procurement systems, including Oracle, SAP, Ariba, and CommerceOne. The partnership is yet another example of CNET Networks' and Hubspan's shared commitment to seamlessly connecting the buyers and sellers of technology.

The new offering leverages ChannelOnline's sell-side application and Hubspan's service-based integration solutions to facilitate the seamless exchange of business information between VARs and their customers - regardless of application and standards differences between the trading partners. This partnership enables VARs to address customer requirements and achieve operational efficiencies through real-time integration of purchase order, purchase order acknowledgement, punchout and invoice processes.

"Easy interaction with end-customers is essential to a VAR's business process, especially a larger VAR whose Fortune 1000 customers are using various trading networks to source products for their companies," said Brad Bowers, vice president of business development for CNET Channel. "Hubspan's technology gives us the opportunity to increase the value of ChannelOnline for our VAR partners by providing them with an additional way to connect to their end-customers' chosen procurement systems and exchange purchase order-related transactions. VARs can serve their customers more effectively, as well as acquire new customers who are using trading networks to source products."

"CNET Channel and Hubspan share the mutual goal to deliver comprehensive solutions that help our customers conduct business more efficiently," said Craig Elston, Hubspan's vice president of sales. "This partnership provides VARs access to a turn-key solution for sales cycle automation and trading partner integration that increases revenue and reduces cost."

Hubspan and CNET Channel initiated their partnership by working with two VARs, Boise Office Solutions and International Shared Services (ISS).

"The collaboration between the CNET Channel and Hubspan services provides a fast and flexible sell-side integration offering that delivers value to our customer," said Patrick J. Mallon, ISS vice president. "With this partnership, our customers are now able to purchase from our ChannelOnline storefront from their existing procurement systems."

VARs that are interested in learning more about connecting to their customers' trading environments using ChannelOnline and Hubspan should contact CNET Channel at 1-877-276-5560 or Hubspan at 1-866-482-7726.
