CNET Channel's Product Data Powers Dell's Web sites in Europe

St-Legier, 25 March 2004 - CNET Channel, a business unit of CNET Networks, Inc. (Nasdaq: CNET) today announced that DellT has chosen DataSource™, CNET Channel's catalog maintenance service, to streamline their European infrastructure.

The contract covers 13 European countries; UK, France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands and Belgium. Dell is undertaking a phased rollout of DataSource, which will be completed by the end of the third quarter this year.

"DataSource will allow us to drive efficiencies within Dell's European operations by streamlining our data collection and aggregation," said Patrick Mayo, E-Commerce Manager for Software & Peripherals, Dell EMEA.

CNET Channel's technology product information solution will power Dell's websites with comprehensive product data, allowing faster and smoother decision making process for Dell's customers, which ultimately will generate more traffic and increase sales.

Jean-Francois Guyomar, senior vice president of worldwide sales at CNET Channel, explains "Dell's shipping figures in Europe and their customer satisfaction rating are impressive.
